Previously, most companies only specialized in either underpinning or waterproofing. Fewer still addressed the root cause of the problem, preferring to focus on selling solutions. However, Foundation Worx saw an opportunity to provide both services and to address the underlying issue.

Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, we act as consultants, presenting personalized solutions. In some cases, we may even suggest monitoring the situation before proposing any repairs.

Our toolbox includes various methods for foundation repair, including lifting and stabilizing sinking foundations, repairing basement walls, waterproofing, and installing interior drain systems. When waterproofing is not a suitable solution, we can provide alternative drainage options to improve water flow.
